NAIA Shuttle Bus: Gone Too Soon

Bad news, budget travelers. The shuttle bus that plies from Taft Avenue to NAIA terminal 3 and vice versa is no longer operational. Since January 1, the shuttle is only used for transferring passengers between terminals 1, 2 and 3 with a flat rate of Php20.

So now, what are the options left? The easiest and cheapest option to reach NAIA terminal 3 is to take a Nichols bound jeep from EDSA and request a drop off near Circulo del Mundo rotunda(the huge egg). The other option is for you to take any bus or jeepney ride from EDSA that goes to terminal 1 and then take the shuttle bus going to terminal 3.

Don't like to use this option? Then you're left with no choice than to take a cab.

Update: (as of Feb. 6)
Apparently the shuttle bus is still operational. Passengers bound for terminal 3 however are unloaded near the Circulo del Mundo rotunda and not in front of the arrival area anymore.

    oh no! why oh why!? ang daya pa naman ng mga taxi drivers, tagaan portion. bad move. =( sana my iba pa silang cheaper option parang sa ibang bansa, mabilis mag commute from the airport kaya mas madami turista.

    ay oo, bad trip nga to. nagulat rin ako last Monday nung sumakay ako ng shuttle from the airport, sa Petron kami bumaba at sakay ulit ng dyip papuntang mrt. :-(

    Really sucks. It's just so badly planned! Don't they realize how convenient it is for budget travelers? Tsk. Grabe maka-rant but I've never used it. LOL. I always take the jeep :)

    What u can do guys is take shuttle bus frm t3 to t2 then baba kau dun my bus n going to cubao, caloocan , fairview via edsa din.
